Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Providing administrative service and coordination among departments/units;

2. Assisting in organizing and coordinating school program applications and meetings between schools and regulatory agencies;

3. Preparation of application materials including database search and proposal writing;

Qualifications and Requirements

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Proactively contribute to the planning phase of student events and activities to increase overall student engagement in extracurricular activities;

2. Assist in the coordination, administration, and governance of student-related events and activities. This includes, but is not limited to setting objectives, reviewing event reports, managing facility, and resource bookings, assisting with events, evaluating performance and coordinating fund allocations;

3. Perform administrative tasks associated with college activities;

4. Develop and recommend smooth operational processes for student organizations;

Qualifications and Requirements

工作职责:

1. 负责已建校园楼宇电力和电气系统运行和维护管理工作,是本部门电力和电气系统及自动控制系统的技术负责人;

2. 参与暖通和空调设备系统和给排水系统的运行和维护管理工作;

3. 参与在建项目电力电气和自动化控制系统、暖通空调系统从运行和维护角度对设计和施工的技术要求的提出;参与电力电气和自动化控制系统、暖通空调系统设计图纸审核;施工过程中,定期参与电力电气、暖通和空调、自动化控制系统的施工和调试质量的评估;
