Professor Tang is a professor at the School of Management of Harbin Institute of Technology, Adjunct Professor of Nankai University and Professor of Peking University HSBC Business School, Special Representative of Shenzhen Response to Climate Change, Member of the 3^rd  National Expert Committee on Response to Climate Change. Professor Tang obtained his PhD from Nankai University. He gave his service as Vice Director of Shenzhen People’s Congress and Vice Mayor of Shenzhen Municipality.
