Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in organizing and coordinating center program and support applications, meetings between center and regulatory agencies;
2.To assist in preparation of application materials including organize documents, format modification, spelling and grammar modification etc.;
3.Participating in website/posters /Wechat /Linkedin / Emails etc. design; information, format, grammar and spelling modification etc.;
4.To assist in the purchase and reimbursement for the center activities;
5.Providing logistic support to major events, activities, competitions and students’ startup teams;
6.Undertaking other assignment assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A Bachelor preferably from overseas universities;
2.Fluent English & Mandarin speaking and writing skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
3.A strong sense of responsibility and initiative;
4.Self-motivation and a firm belief in collaborative team work
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
