Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To assistant in organizing SME student activities, including SME Tea Party, Graduation Gala, Orientation, etc. ;
2. To provide administrative support to SME Student Clubs;
3. To assist in student social learning activities;
4. Undertaking other assignment assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. 1. A Bachelor preferably from overseas universities;
2. At least 1 years’ working experience gained preferably in related field;
3. Excellent communication, negotiations and interpersonal skill;
4. Customers-oriented and able to take quick response for stakeholder, faculty and delegate’s needs during the work;
5. Fluent English & Mandarin speaking and writing skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
6. Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team;
7. Mature, confident in handling with complexity.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
