Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative service and coordinating with different departments or units of the University;
- Assisting the Dean with teaching and research projects, preparing and managing all the relevant documents as records;
- Preparing materials for domestic and international academic conferences, including database search, slides and proposal writing;
- Undertaking other tasks assigned by the superior and Dean.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A Bachelor or higher degree;
- A minimum of 1-year post-qualification executive or relevant working experience;
- Good research data search and graphic presentation skills;
- Good command of both written and spoken English;
- Good file management and communication skills;
- Good physical and mental health with strong affinity;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and social media;
- Knowledge in medicine preferred.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
