职位说明
工作职责:
1. Plan, organize and implement various of student events and activities;
2. Plan and organize various student social practice activities, such as volunteer teaching in the rural areas, helping the elderly and the disabled, and sponsoring social programs both on and off-campus;
3. Maintain good relationship with student organizations and provide guidance;
4. Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to office as requested;
5. Undertake other tasks assigned by supervisor.
岗位要求:
1. A bachelor’s degree or above, at least 3 years of relevant working experiences in organizing activities, preferably in tertiary institutions;
2. Have passion in education and be creative in organizing student activities;
3. Good leadership skills, communication skills, organizational skills and problem-solving skills;
4. Good written skills in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Office software;
5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
